1st of Oct in Japan

I asked my friend, "How do you call "Naiteishiki" in English ?" then she told me, "I've heard of 内定式. I guess here you would call it an induction, or more like a ceremony for prospective employees". Thank you for your perfect explanation, Dan:)

Anyway, I yesterday had a ceremony "Naiteishiki", which is mentioned above. Because the venue was in Tokyo, I had to get up early and head there. I had booked a bus in advance and got on it since Getting there by bus is the most wallet-friendly way.

On the way to Tokyo, there was a small traffic jam and my bus unfortunately got stuck. Due to it, I couldn't help changing transportation bus to train so as to arrive on time:)  I was being nervous on a train about if I get there before the ceremony open, I managed to make it without any late.

In the ceremony, the manager of human resources gave us a talk.  "As an manager of this department, I'm doing my job with a thought that I'll built an "Aquarium" of potential worker. ", he said. "I've heard that previous manager ' I'm building a "Zoo" because I want all employees to empower this company by showing their unique personal perspective'. I was kind of inspired by his state and now keep it as our recruitment idea".

Besides, I took an TOEIC exam on the day and hope It'll be back with a good news cuz I cound wrap up all the questions in time, which is pretty much rare... lol Seems yea, I'd definitely better work on English:)

I'll talk to you soon:) Bye =)
