Sydney, Wollongong and Mittagong
Meant to post this blog with a video above though... I was also considering I was blogging new year resolution ah... Ok, it'll be soon :)
It's been a week and couple of days since I was back to Japan. As I've been missing the tropical weather there, there is so much things I have to do right front of me, associating with my job hunting. Personally the term job hunting sort of doesn't sound proper though... what I mean is activities that university students do for their future jobs. I don't know if you know, many companies' ES or Entree Sheets, which are like resumes as the first step to apply for jobs that one wanna have, have been handed out to applicants and started to accept. The deadlines of ES are up to each company and writing it then revising it should be pretty hard or must be done with lots of important points because this is actually the first and only way to let me go on a personal interview. A laboratory I'll be joining hasn't been decided yet and I've got to clarify my thought like why I want this company, which is seriously necessary to be thought you know... anyway let me make theses simple like by leaving them in order and hope fulfill my will c:
日本に帰ってきていつ週間とちょっと経つけどこっちは寒くて寒くて…オーストラリアの気候がどれだけ過ごしやすいか、本当にうらやましい。早く春来ないかなー。ま、やることと言ったらやっぱり就活のことで本エントリーも会社によっては今月の25日頃から始まって、エントリーシートとweb適性テストの締め切りがどんとん掲載されてきている状況。各会社のエントリーシートに目を通すと、やっぱり自分の想いをこの紙にしっかり載せて面接に呼んでもらうには言葉選んで書き方工夫してなにより設問をよく読んで考えてから自分の意見をまとめないとなって感じます。仕事を選ぶときに何を自分が大切にしたいのかとか、その会社でなにができる、もしくはしたいのかとかあたり前だけど簡単にはぶれない自分の考えを見つけて、今まで自分がしてきたことをよく振り返って考えてみないと。大卒はポテンシャル採用、どうやって人事の方に可能性を感じてもらうか、難しそうだけど答えはありそうなので頑張ってみる:) オーストラリアで出会った友達も地元の友達も今の時期は同じ状況かなー？みんなに負けないように頑張らないと。 :o あと、できるだけ日・英どっちもで書きます。。。
